Join our dynamic team as a Fulfillment Associate in the bustling city of Boston, Massachusetts. You will be instrumental in ensuring timely and accurate order processing, playing a vital role in our overall logistics operations. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently according to customer specifications.
- Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory movement.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts, after proper training and certification.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and procedures, including the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Load and unload trucks as needed.
- Contribute to a team-oriented atmosphere, fostering collaboration and mutual support.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended periods.
- Must be comfortable with lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of inventory management principles.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to guidelines.
