Responsibilities:
  • Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders.
  • Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
  • Store and organize inventory within the warehouse, ensuring proper placement.
  • Conduct inventory cycle counts and assist with stock reconciliation.
  • Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in accordance with company standards.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, particularly regarding safety and logistics.
  • Wear and properly use all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and ensure efficient operations.
  • Assist with other warehouse tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution setting is a plus.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Basic understanding of inventory management and warehouse operations.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and follow safety guidelines.
