Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders.
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
- Store and organize inventory within the warehouse, ensuring proper placement.
- Conduct inventory cycle counts and assist with stock reconciliation.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in accordance with company standards.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, particularly regarding safety and logistics.
- Wear and properly use all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and ensure efficient operations.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution setting is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Basic understanding of inventory management and warehouse operations.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and follow safety guidelines.
