Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment according to established procedures.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with maintaining accurate stock levels.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be required).
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to warehouse operations and safety.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals and ensure smooth workflow.
- Proper use of required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory at all times.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned, contributing to overall team efficiency.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Basic understanding of inventory management principles.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment and safety procedures.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime.
