We are seeking energetic individuals to play a key role in our warehouse operations, ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. You will be involved in various aspects of order fulfillment, from picking and packing to preparing items for shipment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on customer orders.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Verify order accuracy before packaging and labeling.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to Safety standards.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Meet or exceed productivity and quality targets.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Handle returns and exchanges according to established procedures.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or pick-and-pack role is a plus.
- Ability to perform moderate Lifting (up to 35 lbs) regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with scanning equipment and WMS is beneficial.
- Commitment to Safety and following instructions.
- Must be able to work in a warehouse setting and wear required PPE.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
