We are hiring a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our bustling facility in San Antonio, Texas. This role is fundamental to our daily logistics operations, involving a wide range of tasks critical to maintaining an efficient and organized warehouse. You will be involved in various aspects of warehouse management, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. If you have a strong work ethic, are physically capable, and enjoy working in a team-oriented environment, this is the opportunity for you. We prioritize a safe work atmosphere, and strict adherence to all safety procedures, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is expected. This position requires the ability to handle frequent lifting and movement of goods. A basic understanding of logistics and inventory management is a plus. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to meet customer demands and maintain operational excellence. Responsibilities include unloading incoming shipments, stocking inventory accurately, fulfilling customer orders, and preparing items for dispatch. Maintaining a clean and safe workspace is also a key component of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack orders accurately for shipment.
- Load and unload trucks as required.
- Maintain an organized and clean warehouse environment.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear designated PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counting.
Requirements:
- Ability to perform consistent lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and logistics.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Commitment to safety and proper PPE usage.
