We are recruiting for a dynamic Fulfillment Associate to join our team in St. Louis, Missouri. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless processing and dispatch of customer orders. Your responsibilities will span from receiving goods to picking, packing, and preparing them for shipment, playing a key part in the entire logistics chain. This role involves regular lifting, moving, and handling of products, so physical stamina is essential. A good understanding of warehouse operations and basic logistics is beneficial. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, proactive, and committed to contributing to our success. Your daily tasks may include unpacking incoming shipments, stocking shelves, picking items for outgoing orders, and packing items securely for transit. Attention to detail ensures that our customers receive the correct items in excellent condition. We encourage a positive and safe working atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and label orders accurately.
- Prepare shipments for carriers, ensuring proper documentation.
- Maintain inventory integrity and assist with cycle counts.
- Follow all warehouse safety protocols and utilize PPE.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and efficient logistics flow.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment setting is advantageous.
- Ability to perform consistent lifting of up to 45 lbs.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with logistics and warehouse procedures.
- Commitment to workplace safety and the use of PPE.
