Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Receive and process incoming inventory, verifying quantities and quality.
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with stock management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE and safe lifting techniques.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals.
- Support various aspects of the distribution center's logistics operations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred.
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs.
- Proficiency with warehouse equipment and technology.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding role.
- Understanding of general logistics and supply chain principles.
- Commitment to safety protocols, including proper use of PPE and safe lifting practices.
