We are seeking dedicated and motivated Fulfillment Associates to join our dynamic team in Nashville, Tennessee. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a crucial role in our logistics operations, ensuring that customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and shipped with efficiency and care. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick customer orders using a handheld scanner or pick list.
  • Pack items securely and efficiently into appropriate shipping boxes, ensuring product protection.
  • Label packages correctly for shipment.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and prevent errors.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all warehouse safety protocols.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks or hand trucks.
  • Assist with inventory management and cycle counts as needed.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially those related to safety and security.
  • Must be comfortable with lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Understand and follow all PPE requirements.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with basic logistics principles is beneficial.
  • A commitment to workplace safety and proper lifting techniques is essential.
