As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a crucial role in our logistics operations, ensuring that customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and shipped with efficiency and care. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using a handheld scanner or pick list.
- Pack items securely and efficiently into appropriate shipping boxes, ensuring product protection.
- Label packages correctly for shipment.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and prevent errors.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all warehouse safety protocols.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks or hand trucks.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially those related to safety and security.
- Must be comfortable with lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Understand and follow all PPE requirements.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with basic logistics principles is beneficial.
- A commitment to workplace safety and proper lifting techniques is essential.
