We are seeking motivated and reliable Picker/Packers to join our dynamic logistics team in Madison, Wisconsin. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. Your primary responsibilities will include accurately picking items from warehouse shelves based on order specifications, carefully packing these items into appropriate shipping containers, and preparing them for shipment. Attention to detail is crucial to minimize errors and maintain high customer satisfaction. You will work closely with other warehouse staff to maintain an organized and efficient workspace. We value safety and efficiency above all else, and we provide all necessary training to ensure your success. Experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train enthusiastic individuals with a strong work ethic. Adherence to all safety protocols and proper use of required PPE is mandatory.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Verify order accuracy before packing.
- Use warehouse equipment and technology to track inventory.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent teamwork skills.
- Willingness to wear required PPE.
