We are looking for energetic and reliable Warehouse Workers to join our team in Cincinnati, Ohio. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a fast-growing logistics operation. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse management, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. You will ensure that products are handled with care and that warehouse operations run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, possess a strong work ethic, and have the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A commitment to safety and attention to detail are essential for success in this role. We provide all necessary training and expect all employees to prioritize safety and follow all guidelines. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming inventory.
- Stock shelves and designated storage areas.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare shipments for delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment as needed.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Wear and properly use all required PPE, including safety vests and gloves.
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions, focusing on safety and operational improvements.
- Assist with inventory counts as required.
