We are hiring a skilled Forklift Operator for our Austin, Texas facility. As a Forklift Operator, you will be instrumental in the efficient movement of goods within our warehouse. Your duties will include loading and unloading shipments, transporting materials, and organizing inventory. This role demands a high level of responsibility, ensuring all operations are conducted safely and efficiently to support our **Logistics** network. You will perform daily equipment checks, adhere strictly to **Safety** protocols, and maintain accurate records of movement. This position requires consistent **Lifting** and the ability to work in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts to move, stack, and retrieve materials.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper securing of loads.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of forklift equipment.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse floor.
- Follow all company **Safety** policies and procedures.
- Utilize provided **PPE** at all times.
- Support overall **Logistics** efficiency through timely material handling.
Qualifications:
- Certified Forklift Operator with at least 2 years of experience.
- Experience with various types of forklifts.
- Ability to handle frequent **Lifting** up to 50 lbs.
- Knowledge of warehouse **Logistics** and inventory control.
- Demonstrated commitment to **Safety**.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
- Must wear **PPE**.
