Job Summary:
Are you an experienced Reach Truck Operator? We have an exciting opportunity for you in Baltimore, Maryland! In this role, you will be responsible for operating a reach truck to move, locate, retrieve, and stage products and materials in our warehouse. You will play a critical part in our logistics operations, ensuring that inventory is managed efficiently and safely. Maintaining a secure and productive environment is our top priority, and all operators are required to strictly follow safety protocols and utilize the necessary PPE. This position requires precision, skill, and a strong commitment to operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate a reach truck to move pallets and materials throughout the warehouse.
  • Accurately pick and place items into and out of racking systems.
  • Load and unload trucks as required.
  • Perform daily pre-operation checks on the reach truck and report any issues.
  • Maintain organized storage locations and assist with inventory accuracy.
  • Follow all warehouse safety procedures and guidelines, including proper use of PPE.
  • Contribute to overall team efficiency and productivity.
  • May require lifting up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience operating a reach truck is essential.
  • Valid forklift/reach truck operator certification.
  • Knowledge of warehouse racking systems and inventory control.
  • Strong understanding of safe operating practices and the importance of PPE.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced logistics environment.
  • Good physical condition, with the ability to stand, walk, and potentially lift.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
