Join our dynamic team as a Picker/Packer in Las Vegas, Nevada! We are seeking motivated individuals to accurately fulfill customer orders in a fast-paced logistics environment. Your primary responsibilities will include picking items from warehouse shelves using order lists or scanners, carefully packing them into appropriate boxes or containers, and preparing them for shipment. This role is crucial to our supply chain operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to our customers. We are committed to maintaining a safe and efficient workplace, so adherence to all safety protocols and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is mandatory.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack a variety of products based on order specifications.
- Operate scanning equipment to track inventory and order fulfillment.
- Ensure items are packed securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Adhere to all warehouse safety procedures and guidelines.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as needed.
- Handle lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or order fulfillment role is a plus.
- Ability to read and understand order pick lists and shipping labels.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
- Familiarity with basic warehouse equipment and safety practices.
- Willingness to wear required PPE, including safety vests and gloves.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
