*Duties*
* Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical conditions, including physiology and anatomy knowledge, to determine appropriate treatment strategies.
* Develop and execute tailored care plans that incorporate physiotherapy techniques such as trigger point therapy and orthopedics interventions.
* Deliver hands-on therapy sessions focusing on improving mobility, strength, and function in inpatient, outpatient, or home & community care settings.
* Coordinate discharge planning with multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth transitions from hospital to home or community environments.
* Manage patient progress by documenting treatment outcomes using electronic medical record (EMR) systems and adjusting care plans accordingly.
* Provide specialized care for diverse populations including pediatrics, geriatrics, and those recovering from orthopedic or neurological conditions.
* Educate patients and caregivers on injury prevention, physiotherapy exercises, and self-care strategies to support long-term health.
*Experience*
* Proven experience in acute care hospital settings with familiarity in inpatient rehabilitation processes.
* Strong background in outpatient clinics or home health environments with demonstrated success in patient-centered care delivery.
* Knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, and anatomy essential for accurate assessment and treatment planning.
* Experience with discharge planning, care coordination, and working within EMR systems to maintain detailed documentation.
* Hands-on expertise in physiotherapy techniques such as trigger point therapy and orthopedics-focused interventions.
* Prior work in geriatrics preferred to support diverse patient needs across the lifespan.

Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
