Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented PPF (Paint Protection Film) Installer to join our automotive service team. The ideal candidate will have experience with vehicle customization, auto body repair, and a strong background in mechanical work. This role involves installing protective films on vehicles to enhance their appearance and durability, ensuring high-quality results that meet customer expectations. Candidates with dealership experience, welding skills, or auto restoration background will be highly valued. Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles for PPF installation by cleaning and masking surfaces
• Measure and cut film accurately using hand tools and power tools
• Apply paint protection film seamlessly onto vehicle surfaces, ensuring no bubbles or wrinkles
• Use airless paint spraying equipment, buffing tools, and auto glass techniques as needed
• Perform vehicle maintenance tasks such as detailing, auto painting, and minor repairs to ensure optimal conditions for installation
• Conduct auto body repair and auto restoration work when necessary to facilitate proper film application
• Assist with vehicle inspection and quality control to verify installation standards are met
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols during heavy lifting and use of power tools
• Provide excellent customer service by explaining procedures and addressing client questions professionally

Skills

• Dealership experience or background in auto body repair is preferred
• Proficiency with welding, auto painting, buffing, and detailing techniques
• Mechanical knowledge of vehicles, including auto glass replacement and vehicle maintenance
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and airless paint spraying equipment
• Experience with auto estimating processes is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during installation or repair tasks
• Auto restoration or mechanic experience is advantageous for understanding vehicle structures and systems
