Seeking a detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to join our busy warehouse in Tampa, Florida! In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing the accurate and timely processing of all outgoing shipments. Your duties will include preparing shipping documentation, coordinating with carriers, verifying package contents against orders, and ensuring all shipments are correctly labeled and staged for pickup. You will also play a key part in maintaining inventory accuracy for shipped items and assisting with receiving as needed. A strong understanding of logistics and shipping procedures is essential. We are committed to maintaining a safe work environment, and adherence to all safety protocols, including the proper use of PPE, is mandatory. While not a heavy lifting role, some lifting up to 30 lbs may be required when handling packages or organizing the shipping area. Excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure are crucial. You will collaborate with warehouse staff and management to ensure seamless operations. This position offers a great opportunity to grow within the logistics industry.
