Join our vibrant team as a Warehouse Associate in Sacramento, California! We are searching for dedicated individuals to support our warehouse operations. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be involved in a range of activities crucial to the smooth functioning of our facility. This includes receiving and unloading shipments, accurately stocking inventory, picking and packing orders for shipment, and preparing goods for logistics. You'll also assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment, which is paramount for safety and efficiency. We prioritize the well-being of our employees, and adherence to all safety guidelines, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is mandatory. This role requires the ability to perform consistent lifting of items up to 40 lbs throughout your shift. Strong teamwork skills and a proactive attitude are highly valued. You will work collaboratively with other associates and supervisors to meet daily operational goals. Experience with warehouse management systems is a plus, but not required as comprehensive training will be provided.
