Join our growing team as a Distribution Center Associate in Durham, North Carolina! This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a critical link in our supply chain. As a Distribution Center Associate, you will be involved in a variety of tasks that keep our operations running efficiently. Your responsibilities will include receiving incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders, stocking merchandise accurately, and picking orders for shipment. You will also assist with packing, labeling, and preparing orders for outgoing logistics. Maintaining a clean and organized work environment is essential for safety and efficiency. We expect our team members to actively participate in maintaining a safe workplace, including the proper use of all required PPE. This role demands physical stamina, as regular lifting of up to 50 lbs will be necessary. You will work closely with team leads and supervisors to ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time. Understanding warehouse layouts and inventory management systems will be beneficial. We are committed to providing a secure and productive work environment, emphasizing safety in all our processes. Continuous training on new procedures and equipment is provided. This is a hands-on role where your efficiency and attention to detail directly impact customer satisfaction. We value teamwork and encourage a proactive approach to problem-solving.
