We are expanding our team in Los Angeles, California, and are looking for dedicated Picker/Packers. This role is essential for ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will be responsible for picking items from various locations within our warehouse, carefully packing them for shipment, and preparing them for transit. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality are paramount. As a Picker/Packer, you will contribute significantly to our logistics operations and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Select products from warehouse locations based on order requests.
- Ensure accuracy in picking quantities and product types.
- Package items securely to prevent damage during shipping.
- Label packages correctly for dispatch.
- Operate packing equipment and basic warehouse tools.
- Maintain a clean and orderly workspace.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with stock management.
- Follow all Safety regulations and wear designated PPE.
- Support overall warehouse logistics and workflow.
- Communicate any issues or discrepancies to supervisors.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a Picker/Packer or warehouse role is beneficial.
- Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the warehouse.
- Comfortable with Lifting and carrying packages up to 40 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Understanding of basic logistics and warehouse Safety.
- Team player mentality.
