- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on customer orders or pick lists.
- Pack items securely and appropriately for shipping, using correct packaging materials.
- Label packages accurately with shipping information.
- Assist with receiving and stocking incoming inventory as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficiency and safety.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment like pallet jacks.
- Follow all safety procedures, including the proper use of PPE and safe lifting techniques.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product integrity.
- Contribute to overall team goals and the smooth functioning of our logistics operations.
- Report any discrepancies or issues with inventory or orders.
- Previous experience as a picker/packer or in a warehouse role is a plus.
- Ability to read and understand pick lists and product labels.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Willingness to follow instructions and safety guidelines, including wearing PPE.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic understanding of logistics and warehouse procedures is beneficial.
