We are expanding our team at the Columbus, Ohio Distribution Center and hiring dynamic Distribution Center Associates. This role is integral to our supply chain and logistics operations, supporting the seamless movement of goods. As a Distribution Center Associate, you will engage in a variety of essential warehouse functions, including receiving, put-away, order selection, packing, and shipping. Your efforts will directly contribute to meeting delivery schedules and maintaining customer satisfaction. Safety is paramount in our operations, and all associates are required to follow established safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE at all times. This role involves significant physical activity, including consistent lifting of up to 50 pounds, standing, walking, and operating warehouse equipment. Prior experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is beneficial, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are most important. - Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Receive and process incoming stock and materials.
- Pick and fill orders from stock.
- Package and prepare orders for shipment.
- Manage inventory and conduct cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards.
Requirements:
Must be able to perform manual labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus. Commitment to safety protocols and the use of PPE. Understanding of logistics processes. Ability to work flexible shifts.
