We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Worker to join our team in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This role is critical to our supply chain and logistics network, ensuring that products move efficiently through our distribution center. Responsibilities:
- Loading and unloading shipments from trucks.
- Moving materials within the warehouse using manual or powered equipment.
- Picking and packing customer orders with accuracy.
- Organizing and stocking inventory in designated locations.
- Performing general warehouse duties to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and proper use of PPE.
- Assisting with inventory control measures to prevent discrepancies.
- Operating pallet jacks and other warehouse machinery.
- Participating in team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals related to logistics.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift for the duration of the shift.
- Capable of lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Team player mentality.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
- Understanding the importance of safety in a logistics environment.
