Job Summary:
Join our growing logistics team in Charlotte, North Carolina, as a Picker/Packer! We are looking for energetic individuals to contribute to our efficient warehouse operations. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting products from warehouse inventory and preparing them for shipment. This position is vital to our supply chain, ensuring our customers receive their orders promptly and correctly. You will work closely with other team members to meet daily targets and maintain a high standard of productivity. Retrieve products from designated warehouse locations.
Assemble customer orders with accuracy.
Package items securely, ensuring product integrity during transit.
Perform quality checks on picked and packed items.
Comply with all safety regulations and guidelines, including the use of required PPE.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the packing and picking zones.

Candidates should possess good organizational skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure. The ability to perform consistent lifting of up to 50 lbs is essential.
