We are seeking enthusiastic and dependable Distribution Center Associates to join our facility in Sacramento, California. This role is fundamental to our logistics operations, encompassing a variety of tasks including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. You will play a key role in ensuring that our products are processed efficiently and accurately, meeting customer demands. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, possess a strong work ethic, and be capable of working both independently and as part of a team. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to Safety are essential. We offer comprehensive training and a supportive work environment where Safety is always the top priority. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments of goods.
- Stock inventory accurately in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick customer orders using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Pack orders carefully and efficiently for shipment.
- Prepare shipments for outbound logistics, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and work areas.
- Adhere strictly to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Wear and correctly utilize all required PPE to ensure personal and team Safety.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and assist with other warehouse duties, which may involve significant Lifting.
