Become a key player in our San Jose, California warehouse as an Order Picker! We are seeking motivated individuals to accurately and efficiently pick, pack, and stage customer orders. This role is essential for ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the smooth flow of our logistics operations. The Order Picker will be responsible for using pick lists or scanners to locate items in the warehouse, carefully picking the correct quantities, and preparing them for shipment. Attention to detail, speed, and accuracy are paramount. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, have good spatial awareness, and be comfortable working in a dynamic warehouse environment. A strong commitment to Safety and adherence to all company protocols are expected. We provide necessary equipment and training to ensure your success. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and understand daily pick lists or scan orders.
- Accurately locate and retrieve products from warehouse shelves.
- Verify product information and quantities against order details.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Stage completed orders for quality control and shipping.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Properly use all required PPE to ensure your safety and the safety of colleagues.
- Participate in inventory counts and assist with other warehouse tasks, including occasional Lifting.
