We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to lead our team in Columbus, Ohio. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all daily warehouse activities, ensuring efficient operations, accurate inventory control, and the highest standards of Safety and productivity. You will be responsible for managing a team of warehouse associates, coordinating workflows, and implementing best practices in Logistics and material handling. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving operational excellence and meeting performance targets. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in warehouse management. You will play a key part in ensuring that all staff are properly trained on procedures and utilize the required PPE . The role involves overseeing tasks that require significant Lifting and physical exertion from the team. - Supervise and manage the daily activities of warehouse staff.
- Ensure all warehouse operations are conducted in a safe and efficient manner.
- Monitor and control inventory levels and accuracy.
- Develop and implement operational procedures to optimize workflow.
- Train and mentor warehouse associates on job duties, Safety protocols, and PPE usage.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth Logistics operations.
- Manage workload distribution and scheduling for the team.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.
- Oversee the receiving, warehousing, and distribution of materials, including managing Lifting requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse environment.
