We are looking for a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our busy facility in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This role is fundamental to our daily warehouse operations, supporting our extensive **Logistics** network. You will be involved in various tasks including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. The ideal candidate is physically fit, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a safe work environment. This position requires significant physical activity, including regular **Lifting** of items weighing up to 50 lbs. You will work closely with your team to ensure efficiency and accuracy in all tasks. Adherence to all **Safety** regulations and the correct use of provided **PPE** is mandatory. Responsibilities:
- Process incoming shipments and stock merchandise.
- Fulfill customer orders by accurately picking and packing items.
- Prepare outgoing shipments for delivery.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with stocktaking.
- Follow all **Safety** protocols and company policies.
- Wear all required **PPE** consistently.
- Support the **Logistics** team in achieving operational goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience is highly desirable.
- Ability to perform repetitive **Lifting** and carrying of up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with warehouse **Logistics** and inventory procedures.
- Strong commitment to **Safety** and following instructions.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to wear **PPE**.
