Director, Growth Marketing

Lincoln, MA - Hybrid

As a Director of Growth Marketing, you will be responsible for planning and executing strategies that increase our clients' donor base and drive digital revenue growth. This role focuses on a key portion of the pipeline (donor journey) - from initial awareness, to consideration, lead generation, and finally conversion. Utilize data as a key input to informing strategic recommendations.
