Evolve Chiropractic is seeking an experienced, confident Clinical Director to lead our Rockford clinic. This is a leadership role for a Doctor of Chiropractic who excels clinically, communicates clearly, and enjoys mentoring teams while delivering outstanding patient care.
This position offers the opportunity to practice at a high level while influencing clinic culture, clinical consistency, and patient outcomes — all with the support of a proven multi-clinic infrastructure.

*The Role*
As Clinical Director, you will balance patient care with clinical leadership. You’ll serve as the clinical anchor for the Rockford location, supporting doctors and staff while ensuring Evolve’s standards of care are consistently met.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Deliver exceptional chiropractic care through thorough exams, accurate diagnoses, and effective adjustments
* Lead and uphold clinical standards, systems, and best practices
* Mentor and support associate doctors and clinical staff
* Collaborate with operations and leadership to ensure smooth clinic flow and patient experience
* Reinforce Evolve’s care philosophy while encouraging professional growth and autonomy
*Training & Support*
You will receive onboarding into Evolve’s clinical systems, leadership expectations, and operational workflows. While this is a leadership role, you are fully supported by centralized operations, HR, and marketing — allowing you to focus on clinical excellence and team development, not administrative burden.
*Compensation & Growth*
* Competitive base salary with performance-based incentives
* Total earning potential of $100,000–$150,000+, based on experience, clinic performance, and productivity

*Qualifications*
* Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) — licensed in Illinois
* Proven clinical competence with strong patient communication skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
