Full Time Responsibilities Collaboration with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement. Assuring compliance to standards provided by DB Schenker and the client through internal audits and monitoring the closure of actions defined through trackers and communication. Monitoring processes against set metrics and reporting on trends for proactive responses. Deploying training to sites for FMEAs, RCCAs, etc and tracking success. Manage Process Audit Tracker and Follow Up.
Requirements and Skills
In-depth understanding of quality assurance. Team spirit, successful communication with varied audience. Problem solving and proficiency with computer applications. Orchestration of multiple projects and ability to prioritize as demand dictates. Professional, career driven, detail oriented with strong analytical skills. Preparation of reports for management and coordination with site management regarding follow-up activities. Estimated 25% travel; remote position. Previous experience in Visual Management, Continuous Improvement, FMEA creation, Value Stream Mapping, Technical Writing, Project Management, Data Analysis, Capture Gaps through Audits, Support Site Sustainability, Development of Process Audits, RCCA Workshops, FMEA Workshops, Process Sustainability.
