Aba is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of restaurant management experience and 2+ years of AGM experience in a full-service setting.
Our team values strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to foster teamwork across all teams
Additional responsibilities include managing day-to-day business operations, supervising daily shifts, providing guidance and support to hourly and management teams,--and ensuring exceptional guest service-- , Responding effectively to feedback from guests/vendors/staff while utilizing tact when dealing with challenges; ability & willingness work variable days/hours including weekends/emergency situations --like inclement weather– ; occasional overnight travel may be required
