The Role

We're looking for a career-driven cook to join our kitchen team. This position is best suited for someone who takes pride in fundamentals, works cleanly and efficiently, and understands that cooking here means being fully visible to our guests—both in execution and demeanor.

Responsibilities

  Execute dishes accurately and consistently during service

  Work confidently in a small, open, guest-facing kitchen

  Maintain exceptional organization, cleanliness, and station readiness

  Assist with prep, service, and breakdown

  Uphold food safety, sanitation, and professional standards

  Communicate clearly and respectfully with chefs, FOH, and teammates
