We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Warehouse Associates to join our team in Kansas City, Missouri. In this versatile role, you will contribute to various aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. You will ensure that all products are handled efficiently and accurately, contributing to the smooth flow of our Logistics operations. A strong commitment to maintaining a clean and safe working environment is essential. This includes the proper use of PPE and adherence to all Safety guidelines. Proper training on Lifting techniques and the use of material handling equipment will be provided. If you are a team player with a positive attitude and a desire to work in a dynamic warehouse setting, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments.
- Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment.
- Stock and organize inventory in designated areas.
- Prepare orders for shipping, ensuring correct labeling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Participate in inventory counts and stocktaking.
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Detail-oriented and focused on accuracy.
- Willingness to work flexible hours if needed.
