Join our growing warehouse team in Austin, Texas, as a Warehouse Worker! We are seeking reliable and energetic individuals to contribute to our daily warehouse operations. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth flow of goods, from receiving and stocking to picking and packing orders. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the physical capability to handle various warehouse tasks, including significant Lifting . You'll be part of a team dedicated to efficiency and upholding the highest standards of Safety and operational excellence. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming shipments.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with precision and care.
- Stock inventory in designated areas, ensuring proper organization and accessibility.
- Operate manual equipment such as pallet jacks and dollies to move goods.
- Conduct physical inventory counts and assist with cycle counting to maintain accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment, adhering to all company Safety guidelines.
- Ensure the correct use and maintenance of personal protective equipment (PPE ).
- Support the overall Logistics process by performing various warehouse tasks as needed.
- Handle products safely, adhering to guidelines for safe Lifting and handling practices.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and ensure timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing for extended periods and Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Punctuality and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Willingness to comply with all Safety regulations and use required PPE .
- A foundational understanding of warehouse operations and Logistics is a plus.
