Become a vital part of our operations in Austin, Texas, as a Warehouse Worker! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our busy warehouse and contribute to our logistics operations. In this role, you will perform a variety of tasks, including receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, and managing inventory. Your diligence and efficiency are key to ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. We emphasize a strong commitment to safety, requiring all team members to utilize appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow established safety protocols. The ideal candidate is physically fit, reliable, and eager to learn the various aspects of warehouse work. Experience with warehouse equipment is a plus, but not required, as we provide comprehensive training. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the logistics field and grow within a supportive team environment. Responsibilities include loading and unloading materials, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and assisting with inventory control. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare items for shipment, including labeling and packaging.
- Load outgoing shipments onto trucks.
- Perform regular inventory checks and assist with stocktaking.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Follow all safety regulations and utilize PPE as required.
- Assist in maintaining the overall efficiency of the warehouse and logistics operations.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team atmosphere.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Physical stamina and ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
- Basic understanding of inventory and logistics concepts is a plus.
