Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using scanning equipment and order lists.
- Pack items carefully and securely for shipment.
- Verify order details and quantities before packing.
- Prepare shipping labels and ensure packages are ready for dispatch.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the fulfillment area.
- Adhere to all company safety standards and wear appropriate PPE.
- Assist with inventory checks and stock replenishment.
- Contribute to team efforts to meet daily fulfillment goals.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support logistics operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in order fulfillment or warehouse work is beneficial.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods and frequent lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented and able to collaborate effectively.
- Willingness to follow instructions and safety procedures.
- Commitment to wearing required PPE at all times.
