We are looking for a dedicated Fulfillment Associate to join our bustling warehouse operations in Indianapolis, Indiana. In this vital role, you will be instrumental in the entire fulfillment process, from receiving goods to picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch. You will work within a team-oriented environment, contributing to the seamless flow of inventory and ensuring customer satisfaction through accurate and efficient order fulfillment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specified requirements.
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory using warehouse management systems.
- Prepare packages for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and secure packaging.
- Operate various warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and order pickers, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of work areas, contributing to overall warehouse efficiency.
- Adhere strictly to all Safety guidelines and protocols, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Conduct quality checks on products and packaging to ensure high standards are met.
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Assist with Loading and Unloading of trucks, employing proper Lifting techniques.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center environment preferred.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring consistent physical activity, including Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Understanding and application of warehouse Safety procedures.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Experience in logistics is a plus.
