We are hiring Warehouse Associates for our facility in Virginia Beach, Virginia! This role is essential to our daily operations, involving the handling of goods from receipt to dispatch. You will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, picking and packing orders, and ensuring that products are shipped efficiently and safely. We are seeking individuals who are proactive, reliable, and possess a strong commitment to workplace Safety. Responsibilities:
- Receive and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Stock and organize inventory in appropriate warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using pick lists or RF scanners.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Load outgoing shipments onto delivery vehicles.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Wear and use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) consistently.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and full physical inventories.
- Perform manual Lifting and moving of products as needed.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team objectives.
- Support overall logistics efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a warehouse environment is a plus.
- Physical ability to perform tasks including significant Lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team structure.
- Good communication skills.
- Dependable and punctual.
- Willingness to adhere to strict Safety guidelines and PPE requirements.
