We have an exciting opportunity for a Picker/Packer at our Grand Rapids, Michigan location. In this role, you will be responsible for both accurately picking customer orders and carefully packing them for shipment. Your ability to work efficiently and maintain high levels of accuracy is essential for customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include reading pick tickets, locating items in the warehouse, verifying quantities, and then preparing items for shipment by packing them securely and labeling them correctly. You will work with a variety of shipping materials and equipment. A strong emphasis is placed on workplace safety, requiring the consistent use of appropriate PPE. This position involves frequent lifting of items, potentially up to 50 lbs. Understanding our logistics processes and inventory flow will be beneficial. We are seeking individuals who are reliable, have good manual dexterity, and can work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a similar warehouse role is a plus. Join our team and contribute to our efficient order fulfillment operations.
