Job Responsibilities
  1. Experience managing digital marketing for luxury brands, particularly in hospitality or travel.
  2. Ability to craft and maintain the brand’s luxury positioning across digital channels.
  3. Proven experience in creating, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms.
  4. Understanding of current digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies (SEO, SEM, social media, display advertising, email marketing, and content marketing).
  5. Experience in performance marketing (PPC, remarketing, programmatic advertising).
  6. Social Media Mastery:
    1. Ability to drive engagement, growth, and brand awareness through Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
    2. Experience with managing high-budget social media campaigns and using tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer.
  7. Data Analytics and Optimization:
    1. Expertise in tracking and reporting using Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other relevant analytics tools.
    2. Strong understanding of data-driven decision-making, including A/B testing, customer segmentation, and ROI analysis.
  8. Content Creation and Management:
    1. Experience in developing high-quality digital content that resonates with a luxury target audience.
    2. Familiarity with working alongside creative teams, agencies, and influencers to produce campaigns.
    3. Knowledge of CMS platforms (WordPress, Adobe Experience Manager) and proficiency in copywriting and content creation for websites, blogs, and emails.
  9. Luxury Market Knowledge:
    1. Understanding of high-net-worth individual (HNWI) behaviors, particularly in the luxury travel and lifestyle sectors.
    2. Familiarity with markets targeting GCC travelers and international segments like Europe, the UK, and the US.
Qualifications

Professional Experience:

  1. Hospitality and Tourism Experience:
    1. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in luxury hospitality or tourism.
    2. Experience in launching and marketing premium experiences, events, and bespoke services.
  2. Multi-property Experience:
    1. Proven experience managing digital marketing efforts for multiple properties or a cluster setup, balancing unique property needs with cohesive brand strategies.

Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Educational Background:
    1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  2. Certifications:
    1. Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, or other relevant digital marketing certifications.
    2. Fluency in English is essential. Arabic proficiency is highly advantageous.
  3. Soft Skills:
    1. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
    2. Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deliver results under pressure.
