Job Title: OR Technician Location: Jersey City Medical Center Status: Full-Time Shift: Evening Pay Range: $30.56 - $40.19 per hour The above reflects the anticipated hourly wage range for this position if hired to work in New Jersey. In collaboration with the perioperative registered nurse, the surgical technician will function as a member of the team to organize and administer individualizes age specific care to patients, maintain an environment that facilitates safe patient outcomes, and ensure patient’s physiologic responses to surgery are as expected in the surgical suite and across the perioperative division. High School diploma or equivalent ~ Completion of an OR Technician training program ~Must have strong knowledge with skill being able to scrub the following service lines: robotics, vascular, endovascular, neurovascular, general, thoracic, neuro/spine, orthopedics, complex plastic cases and trauma ~ Must be flexible, able to multitask and be able to work independently Certified Surgical Technician, required Every other weekend and Holiday ~ Full Time At RWJBarnabas Health, our market-competitive Total Rewards package provides comprehensive benefits and resources to support our employees’ physical, emotional, social, and financial health.
