Sales Negotiator
at our Fareham office with an OTE range of £22,200 – £26,000.
Responsibilities
Booking in valuations and securing business – all pre‑ and post‑follow up for appointments, including confirmation calls and feedback.
Conducting viewings based on office policies and procedures.
Registering applicants across our platforms.
Emailing Property Alerts through ReapIT and HTML.
Ordering EPCs and required compliance paperwork.
Pro‑actively calling through database contracts to generate new business.
Creating media materials and releasing properties to the market.
Rotating window cards and branch material.
Qualifications
Previous sales experience with a natural selling ability.
Works well within a fast‑paced environment.
Natural flair for dealing with people and a focus on providing the best customer service.
Articulate with strong negotiation skills.
Has at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
