The Role You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management, coordination and execution of Stephanie Lebby Hair’s social media. This role sits at the intersection of content, community and operations.
You’ll work closely with front-of-house, stylists and the wider team to plan content around appointments, clients and key moments in the salon.
What you'll do
Lead day-to-day management of Stephanie Lebby Hair’s social channels (primarily Instagram & TikTok)
Plan and execute content calendars, including always-on and reactive content
Coordinate with front-of-house and stylists to identify which clients, appointments or moments are suitable for content (with consent)
Film, edit and produce engaging, on-brand content in-salon
Write thoughtful, on-brand captions that reflect the salon’s tone and values
Be comfortable appearing on camera when needed, or guiding others to do so
Spot trends early and translate them into brand-appropriate content
Manage scheduling and publishing across platforms
Track performance and share insights to inform future content
Support key moments such as launches, campaigns and salon milestones
This is for you if you
Have 2+ years’ experience managing organic social (in-house or agency)
Understand how to create content in real-world environments, not just from a desk
Are organised, proactive and confident coordinating with multiple people day-to-day
Feel comfortable filming, editing and being present in content when needed
Have a strong eye for visuals, pacing and what makes content watchable
Know what performs and why; from hooks and formats to tone and timing
Can balance creativity with structure and follow clear brand guidelines
Enjoy being part of a team and working closely with people in-person
