Software Engineering Manager Job description As an Engineering Manager, you will lead a cross‑functional growth team dedicated to building an all‑in‑one healthcare platform. You will balance hands‑on technical contribution with people leadership, guiding engineers through the full product lifecycle. What you will do
Lead a cross‑functional delivery team of frontend and backend engineers, partnering closely with product and design.
Manage the full product lifecycle from architectural design and implementation to deployment and maintenance.

The ideal candidate
At least 7 years of commercial software engineering experience with a natural aptitude for leadership.
