Six Degrees is seeking a Project Coordinator to join its Cyber Security Assurance and Advisory team. The coordinator will act as a liaison between sales, clients and consultants to plan, book and progress engagements such as penetration tests, red?team and advisory services. Responsibilities Introduce and manage project?level communication, including highlight reports, project logs, exception reports and remedial activity. Plan all activities to determine the overall project duration, sequencing, dependencies, activity estimates and billing milestones. Handle accurate work?in?progress (WIP) revenue recognition and maximise project profitability and billing timelines. Manage risks to keep issues in check by supporting planning and resource functions to ensure delivery in line with client needs, service contracts and quality/finance/time limits. Document and evaluate scope, time, cost and quality changes, ensuring formal approval or rejection. Ensure compliance with company information security policies, report incidents and complete security work as required.
Role Requirements
Proven experience in project management in a technology or cyber security environment. Strong project governance, planning, control and monitoring skills. Experience managing budgets over 10k and financial reporting (revenue recognition, gross margin, billing milestones). Excellent problem?solving and analytical skills with a focus on quality and detail. Self?managing, proactive and a team player with strong communication skills. Knowledge of Prince2 methodology and ability to apply it appropriately. Proficient in MS Office and familiar with MS Project or similar tools.
