Skill Set Requirements:


The Resources will act as a subject matter experts on a variety of cloud and AI projects initiatives such as: Enabling and designing the Government of Ontario's clouds Azure, AWS, IBM, Oracle and GCP. Designing and configuring advance security for existing and new cloud providers. Assist with complex setup of public cloud providers creating reusable patterns. Assist in updating and creating provisioning pipelines the Government Cloud offerings by writing and maintain a provisioning code base for infrastructure delivery as well as data gathering\reporting 


Technical Skills:


• Hands-on working experience of developing Artificial Intelligence (AI) strategy for the organization including creating the conceptual, logical and physical architectures relevant for designing and developing an AI solution
  
• Experience with AI, ML – Machine learning, LLM – Large Language Model, RAG – Retrieval-Augmented Generation
  
• Knowledge of current industry technology trends and advancements in AI, machine learning, and data science to continuously improve solutions

Cloud Knowledge and Experience:


• Demonstrated experience enabling and designing the Government of Ontario's clouds Azure, AWS, IBM, Oracle and Google clouds. This experience would need be with Cloud environments that are of the same scale as the Government of Ontario Cloud or BPS environments.
  

Communications and Customer Service:


• Demonstrated experience of working with customers/key stakeholders and using communication skills to resolve operational issues, negotiate or document process related intelligence.
  

Analysis and Problem-Solving:


• Demonstrated experience with troubleshooting and resolving Azure/AWS/IBM/GCP/Oracle Cloud environments incidents and working with vendor partners.
