Responsibilities
's Bookkeeper will be responsible for managing bi-week bookkeeping activities including recording AP, reconciling accounts, processing payroll, and preparing financial reports. The role involves ensuring accuracy in financial data and supporting budgeting processes to help the company achieve its strategic goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and practices
- Ability to perform account and bank reconciliations accurately
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of payroll processing and related compliance
- Good analytical skills for account analysis and budgeting support
- Effective communication skills
- Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry is a plus.
