We are seeking a corporate lawyer to join our client's legal team in their Barrie location. As the ideal candidate, you will have at least 5+ years of related experience in private practice and will also have good business instincts, excellent drafting and interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to handle files independently and as part of a team. Experience in real estate is an asset.*

The firm has a broad -based practice which includes corporate/commercial law, bankruptcy/insolvency, business law, commercial lending, commercial litigation, commercial and residential real estate, condominium law, employment and labor law, family law, immigration law, planning and development law, personal injury, wills and estates, and tax law.
