The Ground Solutions & Mission Support (GSMS) Software IPT, which executes across both Development and Operations & Maintenance (O&M) contracts, is seeking a highly motivated Ground Element Modernization (GEM) Technical Program Manager that will lead and manage the installation efforts at both CONUS and OCONUS operational sites. This position is based out of Redondo Beach, CA.

In this role you will be responsible for managing a site installation team focused on upgrading existing ADPE, upgrading the operating system, and installing new software baselines for multiple ground element C2 architectures and product lines at multiple locations. You will coordinate with customer reps and E1 stakeholders to ensure successful software installations, and provide innovative and effective engineering solutions to solve complex technical and installation challenges, working closely with the Chief Engineer, Systems Engineering, and Software Engineering.
