Job Summary:
Join our innovative team as a Fulfillment Associate in Seattle, Washington. This role is central to our e-commerce operations, focusing on the accurate and efficient processing of online orders. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be involved in picking, packing, and shipping customer orders, as well as receiving and stocking inventory. We are committed to providing a safe and productive work environment, adhering to strict **safety** protocols and requiring the use of **PPE**. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and other tools.
  • Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
  • Receive incoming inventory, verify contents, and stock shelves accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records through diligent scanning and data entry.
  • Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and **safety**-compliant warehouse.
  • Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards.
  • Adhere to all company policies, **safety** guidelines, and **PPE** requirements.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a fulfillment center or warehouse role is highly desirable.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, and **lifting** up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce **logistics** and warehouse management systems is a plus.
  • Demonstrated commitment to workplace **safety**.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
